How can we improve the area around Hove Station?(public meeting Tue 20 Nov)

What do you think of the area around Hove Station?
What concerns do you have?
What about the pedestrian footbridge?
The approaches to the station? The flow of traffic? The public phone boxes?
What is being planned for this area? What is already happening and who’s doing it? Can we affect these plans?

As part of preparing the Hove Station Neighbourhood Plan the forum is getting together people interested in improving the area around Hove Station.

Join us on Tue 20 November from 6.30  to 7.30 pm at the Vallance Community Centre, 2 Conway Court, Clarendon Road, Hove, BN3 3WR.
https://vallancecommittee.wordpress.com/

There we will:

·  give an update on local issues including the footbridge and phone boxes

·  give feedback on the Community Improvement scheme as it stands

·  outline the main features of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan and the formal  processes to get the Plan approved starting in early 2019

For those who can’t get there that early, we are having a social gathering with pizza (it’s 2-for-1 night) at The Station (the bar at the entrance to the rail station) from 7.40pm  onwards.  We have tables reserved.
