Stoneham area

There are important issues within the Stoneham part of the Neighbourhood Plan area which are now being identified and prioritised by local residents and businesses, including lessons from recent experience of planning and development.
The local community is very concerned about the cumulative impact of a process which converts non-residential uses to residential which removes vital community facilities and the need for more transparent Section 106 procedures
